How can SelectiveCare Solutions help my agency?

We provide access to a pool of qualified, vetted caregivers who can step in when you’re short-staffed. Whether it’s last-minute coverage or planned gaps, our platform makes temporary staffing simple and efficient.


How do I book home care appointments as an Agency?

Once your registration is approved, you’ll have access to the agency staffing page and our Shift Pool Calendar. From there, you can either book caregivers based on your requirements or use our Shift Pool Calendar to post open shifts for caregivers to claim. Can I choose which caregivers work with my clients?

Yes, with direct booking you can view caregiver profiles, availability, and qualifications before submitting a request. You’ll be choosing the caregivers who fit your agency’s needs and preferences. You can also leave the Caregiver field blank when booking to automatically select the first available caregiver.

Prefer to post shifts and have caregivers claim them? Our Shift Pool Calendar offers a streamlined solution. From a single page, you can post new shifts, check their status, reschedule as needed, and view the caregiver details for claimed shifts.


How quickly can I fill a shift?

Many shifts can be filled the same day, depending on caregiver availability. Our platform is designed for quick responses and real-time scheduling to keep your care consistent and uninterrupted.

How does the home care booking process work?

Clients browse caregiver profiles, check availability, and submit booking requests. Caregivers then have the option to accept or decline based on their schedule, ensuring a good match for both sides.

Who are the caregivers on your platform?

Our caregivers include trained Personal Support Specialists (PSS) and Direct Support Professionals (DSP), all of whom meet state requirements, including background checks and valid licenses.

Can caregivers choose their own schedule?

Yes! Caregivers on our platform enjoy complete flexibility. They can review and accept bookings that fit their availability—perfect for part-time, full-time, or occasional work.

How will I be billed for medical services?

You can pay through our secure payment system via credit or debit card. Agencies will be invoiced in accordance with thier contracts.

What qualifications do the caregivers have?

All caregivers meet state standards for homecare, including valid credentials, background checks, and relevant experience. You can review each caregiver’s profile before booking.

Need to request an invoice for your home care visit?

An invoice is automatically generated and sent to you along with the appointment confirmation email.

Can I request the same caregiver again?

Yes! If you find a caregiver you connect with, you can request them for future bookings (based on their availability), helping to build consistency and trust in your care experience
