How do I schedule a visit with a caregiver?
To schedule a visit, simply browse our caregiver profiles, select your preferred caregiver, and use the ‘Book Now’ button. You’ll be guided through the scheduling interface to choose a date and time that works for you.
What qualifications do caregivers have?

Our caregivers are certified as Personal Support Specialists (PSS) and Direct Support Professionals (DSP), meeting all state requirements for training, background checks, and safety. Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking through your account dashboard. We recommend doing this at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees and to allow caregivers to adjust their schedules accordingly.
